Learn basic pottery techniques including hand building, throwing on the potters’ wheel, trimming and glazing techniques.

Classes range from beginner to advanced level students, however no experience is necessary. Small class size will insure students receive individual attention.

Pottery classes are generally offered on Tuesday nights or Saturday mornings. Check the Calendar for upcoming dates. Pottery classes are two and half-hours long and run for six consecutive weeks. The cost is $220.00, which includes all material and firing fees.

Open Studio membership

Do you need a place to practice your pottery making skills? Join our Open Studio Program and use all of our tools.

All studio members may use any of the communal equipment located in the main studio, including:

• 6 Clay Boss electric wheels
• Wedging table
• Ware boards, plastic wrapping, bats, water buckets and tools, giffen-grips
• A variety food safe glazes, under-glazes and slips
